On September 30 2021, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting a mandatory training for the prosecutorial system on the Professional Ethics.
Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Jetish Maloku Chairman of the KPC, and Mr. Bahri Hyseni Prosecutor in the Chief State Prosecutor’s Office.
Purpose of this training is to extend the prosecutors knowledge on Code of Ethics, set the standards of professional conduct and ethics for prosecutors based on values and principles of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and the State Prosecutor, like the independence, impartiality, integrity, accountability, transparency and professionalism.
Training methodology is combined with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are prosecutors of the Appeals Prosecution, the SPRK and Basic Prosecution instance.
