December 4 2021, Academy of Justice within the initial training program for the newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on Criminal Code – General part with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session will elaborate the following: Agreement to commit a criminal offense, limits of criminal liability and punishment for cooperation, punishments and their types, main punishments and purpose of probation.
Training methodology is using practical cases and the interactive method. It is being held physically at the Academy premises applying COVID-19 protection measures.
Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges two of whom are of the Serbian Community.
