On October 5, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Criminal Code - general part" with trainer Mr. Blerim Isufaj, Chief Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor.
In the framework of this training session are addressed: Direct intent and the intellectual or consciousness element, volitional elements or desire (will), eventual intent, differences between direct and eventual intent, criminal responsibility and punishment for criminal offenses committed with direct intent and eventual, direct and eventual intent, as features of the criminal offense figure, purpose as subjective feature of the offense, motive, special types of intent.
The training methodology is being applied with practical cases and interactive discussion. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy of Justice, thus implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
