October 27 2021, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Criminal Procedure Code – Initial and the Second Hearing with trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, Acting President of the Appeals Court.
This training session is elaborated on the following: Objection of evidence, rejection of the request for dropping the charges, judgments related to request for dropping the charges, rejection of evidence from the defense and appointing hearing sessions.
Training methodology is applying practical cases as well as the interactive discussions method. The Training is being held in combined method with physical presence respecting all protection measures against Covid-19 and also available online via Zoom platform.
Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges two of whom are of the Serbian community.
