On November 1, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Code of Criminal Procedure-Judicial Review" with trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, U.d. President of the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the topics that are being addressed are: Implementation of the main trial and the preconditions for holding the main trial and its preconditions.
The training methodology that is being applied consist of practical cases as well as interactive discussions. The training is being carried out in a combined way, in person at the Academy of Justice, implementing all measures against the COVID-19 virus and online through the "ZOOM" platform in real time.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
