November 4 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “Procedure according to legal remedies” with trainer Mr. Hashim Çollaku judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is elaborating on the grounds for filing an appeal, essential violations of the Criminal Procedure Code provisions, erroneous and incomplete substantiation of the factual situation, cases when the appeal is filed against and Appeals Court judgment in the Supreme Court, and Appeal against a Basic Court judgment in the Appeals Court.
Training methodology is applying presentation of practical cases and interactive discussion. The training is being held in person at the Academy premises applying all Covid-19 prevention measures, and is also available online via Zoom platform.
Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges two of whom are of the Serbian Community.
