November 5 2021, academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on the Criminal Procedure Code – Court Hearing, with trainer Mr. Afrim Shala Acting President of the Appeals Court.
This training session is elaborating on the following: the closing statement, rendering judgments, and announcing judgments.
Training methodology is applying practical cases and interactive discussions. The training is taking place in person at the academy premises, applying all protection measures against Covid-19, and is also available online via the Zoom platform.
Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are of the Serbian community.
