Today on November 18 2021, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the International Labor Organization (ILO), continued carrying out the second workshop on drafting the Standard Operating Procedures for investigation of child labor.
The working group, which consists of judges of basic courts, prosecutors of basic prosecution instance, victim advocates, officers of the social welfare centers, as well as representatives of the Academy of Justice, is working on establishment of the standard procedures,
After the development of standard procedures, it is intended to develop training on the same topic for Judges and Prosecutors, in order to inform the results of the working group and the practices and analysis collected by the head of this working group, local expert Mrs. Ariana Qosaj Mustafa.
