November 22 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “Criminal procedure Code – Evidence in criminal proceeding” with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following topics: Examination and reconstruction, international requirements or evidence obtained abroad and admissible evidence and their evaluation.
Training methodology is applying practical cases and the interactive discussions. The training is taking place in-person at the Academy premises resecting all prevention measures against Covid-19.
Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are of the Serbian community.
