December 10 2021, Academy of Justice within its activities for free professions, at the request of the Free Legal Aid Agency and supported by GIZ, is conducting the first training on the following topic: “The property Law – and other real rights”, with trainers Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri judge in the Supreme Court, and Mr. Faton Ademi judge in the Appeals Court.
The purpose of this training is for participants to gain knowledge on issues such as Ownership under the Law on Basic Legal Property Relations and the Law on Property and Other Real Rights and how to acquire ownership, as well as civil protection of property rights.
Special emphasis is being placed on the termination of property rights and servitudes
The methodology of this training is combined with the method of conversation and with practical cases, since this topic coincides with the work of the officials of this agency, the participants had the opportunity to address their challenges within the topic cases. relevant as well as the dilemmas they encounter in their work.
The training is taking place in person, in compliance with the preventive measures against Covid-19 in place.
Beneficiaries of this training are 11 free legal aid agency officials from all regions of Kosovo, two of whom are of the Serbian community.
