On April 4, 2013, KJI in cooperation with the USAID Program for Effective Rule of Law (EROL) organized a roundtable discussion where were addressed various issues of professional ethics for judges and prosecutors.

On April 4, 2013, KJI in cooperation with the USAID Program for Effective Rule of Law (EROL) organized a roundtable discussion where were addressed various issues of professional ethics for judges and prosecutors.
During this workshop were discussed issues about the general principles of ethics, legal responsibilities, administrative, judicial activities, prosecution and non-judicial and prosecutorial activities. Primary attention was paid to topics such as independence, impartiality, ethics violations and disciplinary procedures. The training was conducted through short theoretical presentations, interactive discussion and issuing of recommendations on dedicated application of the Code of Judicial Ethics for judges and prosecutors. 
The beneficiaries of this roundtable were judges of the basic courts and prosecutors of the basic prosecution office from all regions of Kosovo.
