Training: The right to liberty and security according to ECHR
September 16th 2014 – Today, the Kosovo Judicial Institute organizes a training for judges and prosecutors on the topic of “The right to liberty and security as per ECHR”.
Focus of this training will be implementation of the right to liberty and security according to ECHR and the applicable legislation of Kosovo, deprivation of liberty, police arrest, juveniles’ deprivation of liberty, etc.
