On 23 October 2014, KJI organizes a training on: “Judgments according to the LCP”.
Issues that to be addressed include: judgments and decision taking conditions, issuing a judgment in court and out of hearing sessions, the content of judgments focusing in reasoning and decisions for procedural aspects – types of decisions.
Beneficiaries of this training will be judges of basic courts.
