February 10 2022, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting an online training on the topic of “Minor offence procedure upon the inspector’s request”.
Trainer engaged for this activity is Mr. Hasan Shala, judge in the Appeals Court.
Purpose of this training is extension of the participant’s knowledge on the minor offence procedure upon the request of inspectors.
Training methodology is combined with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions based on examples from the case law.
Beneficiaries if this training are Basic court judges – Minor offence division, and inspectors of the Inspection Directorates.
