On March 25, 2022, the Academy of Justice in the framework of the Continuous Training Program in cooperation with the EU Support to the Kosovo Competition Authority and the State Aid Commission is conducting an online training on "Introductory training on competition law and policy and the regulation of state aid in Kosovo”.
Trainers engaged in this training are Mr. Sigitas Cemnolonskis, Key State Aid Expert, and Mr. Igor Taccani, lawyer in the Chambers of Advocate G. Pitruzzella.
The purpose of this training is to advance the basic knowledge of the participants on the scope and functioning of new or relatively new laws in Kosovo in accordance with EU law and the case law.
The training methodology is of a combined nature including theoretical and practical explanations and examples of case law.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges from the Court of Appeals, the Basic Court, investigative inspectors in the Kosovo Competition Authority, Heads of the Dominant Position Division in the Kosovo Competition Authority and interns from the Kosovo Competition Authority.
