On April 14, 2022, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ, within the Continuous Training Program for is conducting training on "Criminal offenses against the environment."
Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Skender Çoçaj, judge at the Basic Court in Prizren and Mr. Sultan Dobraj, judge at the Basic Court in Peja.
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the provisions of the CCRK, defining its basic form and some other forms of these criminal offenses.
The methodology applied is of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges, prosecutors, police, municipal inspectors, representatives of the relevant Ministry.
