December 1st 2014 – today the KJI in cooperation with USAID Contract Law Enforcement Program (CLE) organizes the regional training on “Mediation and Restorative Justice”.
Focus of this training is the mediation procedure, mediation agreement and its content, role of the court – prosecutorial office in referral, acquaintance and execution of mediation agreements and the mediator’s responsibilities.
This training is dedicated to judges and prosecutors of Gjilan region.
