On 17 December 2014, Kosovo Judicial Institute in cooperation with Program Law Enforcement (CLE) Program Staff/USAID, conducted training for judges on: “Governance of business organization and their disputes”.
This training intended to contribute to professional capacity building of judges in interpreting the provisions on governance and management of business organizations, proper evaluation of situations regarding litigation of business organizations, finding practical solutions when deciding on business organization disputes.
During this training were also addressed topics that were related to the governance and management of business organizations, disputes within companies and their legal solutions.
The training was conducted in an interactive manner in which judges presented challenges facing during practice in resolving disputes related to business organizations.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges of basic and appellate courts and Department of Economic Affairs.
