Objectives :

They correctly understand the role of judges in the process of referring, approving or rejecting mediation agreements
Apply the legal basis of mediation correctly;
Unify the practice of referring, approving or canceling agreements reached through mediation
Clarification of the procedures in the referral of family cases in the mediation procedure
Unify the referral of disputes for which mandatory mediation is provided
Unify the implementation of the Mediation Protocol
