Compensation of Damage – Lost Profit (Rent)

On September 17, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program, is holding the roundtable on Compensation of Damage - Lost Profit (rent). Engaged panelists are: Mr. Arsim Hamzaj, Judge at the Appeals Court and Mr. Kujtim Pasuli, Judge at the Appeals Court.

The purpose of this roundtable is to advance the participants knowledge regarding Compensation of damage-lost profit (rent), as well as the unification of judicial practices.

The roundtable is conducting interactive discussion, presentation of issues through cases, discussion of cases and summary of conclusions on the discussed issue. Beneficiaries of this roundtable are judges of the Basic Court in Peja, Gjakovë and Prizren.
