Construction Contracts

Today on October 3 2023, Academy of Justice in its Continuous Training Program is conducting the training on the topic of “Construction Contracts”.

This training is organized as a result of the training curriculum for the Commercial Court, and aims to develop and extend the knowledge of the Commercial Court judges, as a category that handles these cases in practice.

During this two-days training the participants will be able to hear and discuss about the Construction Contracts and its legal effects, the Public Construction Contract, bylaws and other acts in the area of construction that are applicable in adjudication of the disputes of this nature, termination of the construction contracts, and the responsibility for the deficiencies in works, as well as the courts practice that derives from the construction contract disputes.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court, judges of the Appeals Court, and judges of the Commercial Court and of the Basic Court.
