Legal remedies and special procedures

November 4 2024, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting the training from the Basic Module for professional associates in the criminal law area on the topic Legal remedies and special procedures.

Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Skënder Çoçaj judge in the Appeals Court, and Mr. Valdet Gashi prosecutor in the Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo.

Purpose of this training was to extend the participants knowledge on the Criminal Procedure, involving perpetrators with mental disorders, the Warrant for psychiatric examination, Detention, Measures of the mandatory treatment, court decisions, and the legal remedies.

The applied training methodology is combination of theoretical presentations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are professional associates and legal officers from courts and prosecution offices.
