Module - Constitutional Justice in relation to the judicial and prosecutorial system; Session I: Function of the Constitutional Court

On September 13, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation, the theoretical training from the module "Constitutional Justice in relation to the judicial and prosecutorial system" is being carried out, with the support of the trainer Mr. Faton Bajrami, judge in the Commercial Court-Chambers of the second instance.

This session is addressing the following: The regular court as a party authorized to raise complaints in the Constitutional Court; Article 4 - the form of governance and separation of powers; Article 31 - The right to a fair and impartial trial.

The training methodology is being implemented through the interactive method and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are: The newly appointed judges, including one member from the Serbian community and one from the Bosnian community, generation XII 2024/2025.
