Module – Constitutional Justice in relation to the judicial and prosecutorial system; Session II: Effects of the Constitutional Court

On September 16, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation, conducted the theoretical training from the module on "Constitutional Justice in relation to the judicial and prosecutorial system" which is delivered by the trainer Mr. Faton Bajrami, judge in the Commercial Court-Chamber of the second instance.

This session is addressing the following: Article 102 - general principles of the judicial system, Article 103 - organization and jurisdiction of courts, Article 104 - appointment and dismissal of judges.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and case based methods.

Beneficiaries of the training are the newly appointed judges, including one member from the Bosnian community, generation XII 2024/2025.
