Module – Administrative law – fourth session: Preliminary procedure and main hearing in administrative conflict

On March 18, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the "Administrative Law" module, held by the trainer Mrs. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Appeals Court. This session, is addressing the following: preparation for the main review, preliminary review of the lawsuit, review of competence, rescheduling the deadline, rules for judicial review and control and proceeding of the lawsuit with the object of revoking the by-law normative act. The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
