Module: EU Law; First session: Legal Order of the European Union. Instruments, characteristics and basic principles of EU law

On September 19, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation, is conducting theoretical training, from the "EU Law" module, held by the trainer Mr. Hajredin Kuqi, Professor at the University of Pristina. This session is elaborating the following: EU law, the European Court of Justice, its organization and function, the legal basis of the European Court and the powers of this Court. The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are: The newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community, generation XII, 2024/2025.
