Module - Law on obligations; Session seven: Means for ensuring the fulfillment of contracts

On March 27, 2024, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the "Law on Obligations" module, held by the trainer Mr. Fahret Vellija, Judge at the Basic Court of Prizren. In this training session the following are being addressed: real means of securing contracts, mortgages, real estate, security and bail. The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
