Module – Professional ethics and disciplinary liability; First Session: Principles of the Code of Ethics for judges

September 9 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on “Professional ethics and disciplinary liability”, held by the trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge in the Appeals Court.

This training session is covering the following: professionalism and responsibility at work, principles of the work of the advisory committee on judicial ethics, confidentiality and public relations and relation with the media.

Training methodology is interactive discussions and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 32 newly appointed judges, including one member of the Serbian community and one from the Bosnian community of 2024/ 2025.
