Module: ECHR; Session seven: Article 10 - Freedom of Expression

On September 23, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation, the theoretical training from the "ECHR" module that is being held by the trainer Mrs. Habibe Salihu, Prosecutor at the Special Prosecution Office.

This session is addressing the following: Convention for Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, Freedom of expression, practical case: Jersild v. Denmark, Freedom of expression and the Law on Access to Public Documents as well as the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers.

The training methodology is interactive discussion method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 30 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community, generation 2024-2025.
