Module: ECHR, third session - Article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights

On September 17, 2024, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the "ECHR" module, delivered by the trainer Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Court of Appeal.

This session is addressing the following: The right to life, Government Acts related to the restriction of freedom, the effectiveness of compensation, and missing persons.

The training methodology is being interactive discussions and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 30 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community, generation 2024-2025.
