Module: Juvenile Justice Code; Sixth session - Protection of child victims or witnesses
On July 11, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the "Juvenile Justice Code" module, conducted by the trainer Mr. Shpëtim Peci, Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Mitrovica.
During the implementation of this session, the following are being addressed: types of court decisions, parts of court decisions, evaluation of evidence related to the minor's personality, release of evidence related to the criminal offense, protection of child victims or witnesses and the Office for Victim Protection and Assistance.
The training methodology is interactive discussions method with practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
