Module: Law on Minor Offences; Third session: Initiation and development of minor offence proceedings

On September 27, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation is carrying out the theoretical training from the "Law on Minor Offences" module, conducted by the trainer Mr. Ramiz Kuqi, judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is covering the following: the defendant and the injured party in the procedure, the content of the request, the decision according to the request for development of the minor offence procedure, the termination of the minor offence procedure and the measures to ensure presence of the defendant in the procedure.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are Newly appointed judges, including one member from the Bosnian community, generation XII 2024/2025.
