Module – Sanctioning Policy Guideline; Second session: Circumstances for aggravation of punishment

On March 18, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation conducted the theoretical training from the "Sanctioning Policy Guideline" module is being conducted with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court. In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the circumstances for the aggravating the punishment and implementation of the guidelines from a practical point of view. The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and the conversation method. Beneficiaries of the training are 22 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
