Commercial mediation as a tool for alternative dispute resolution

November 25 2024, Kosovo Justice Academy in cooperation with the USAID – Commercial Justice Activity, within its Continuous Training Program are conducting the training on Commercial Justice as a tool for alternative dispute resolution.

The trainer delivering this activity is Ms. Simona Frumen, FMCS expert.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on the commercial mediation procedure as a tool for alternative dispute resolution.

The training methodology is of a combined nature with theoretical presentations and interactive discussion of practical cases, including the court practice.

Beneficiaries are judges, professional associates, legal officers and Commercial Courts.
