Sub-module: Witnesses and victims in criminal proceedings; Session six: Material evidence supporting witness testimony

On February 13, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Witnesses and victims in criminal proceedings", delivered by trainer Mr. Besim Kelmendi, acting Chief State Prosecutor.

This session has addressed the following: The use of the witness's previous testimony, the reading of other previously given statements, the witnesses under special protection, the evidence taken outside the court and the reading of the minutes or the reproduction of the recordings.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/23.
