Principles of Juvenile Justice and Measures and Sentences against Juveniles

On September 27, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field on the topic "Principles of justice for minors as and Measures and Punishments against minors".

The trainer engaged in this activity is Mr. Ramadan Gashi, Permanent Trainer at the Academy of Justice. Purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge regarding the Principles of Juvenile Justice as well as Measures and Punishments against minors.

The applied methodology is of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions. Beneficiaries of this training are Professional associates and legal officers from the Courts and Prosecutor's Offices, officers from the Free Legal Aid Agency and officers from NGOs.
