The trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Ahmet Imami, member of the Kosovo Judicial Council and Mr. Islam Sllamniku, permanent trainer at the Academy of Justice.

The purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge regarding new knowledge and key decisions in the current practice of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo in relation to the practice of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) according to the requirements in the criminal field.

The training methodology is of a combined nature with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, also presenting cases from judicial practice.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges and Prosecutors from the Basic level.
