December 5-6, 2022, In the framework of the cooperation between the Kosovo Justice Academy and the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN), respectively the EJTN project for the Western Balkans II, a three-year project financed by the European Commission - General Director for Enlargement and Neighborhood Negotiations (DG Near), through the Kosovo Justice Academy, all beneficiaries have been invited to apply for the exchange program for 2022.
In this program, in one of these study visits, the Judge of the Basic Court in Prishtina, Mr. Kreshnik Kaçiu, participated in the study visit and attended the two-days Seminar on Change Management, in judicial institutions in new circumstances during and after Covid-19.
During these two days’ seminar, the participants had the opportunity to see aspects such as Leadership through change by the London Judicial College, United Kingdom; Organizational change management which was held by the Insights&Options Ltd corporation; as well as Change Management Challenges for Court leaders in the post-covid-19 period, which was conducted out by the Director of the Court of First Instance of Thessaloniki.
The experience gained from this seminar is valuable to convey and share with colleagues at the local level in the courts of Kosovo.
