Workshop Unification of Judicial Practice

On March 16-17, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the Workshop on "Unification of Judicial Practice".

Trainers engaged in this workshop are: Rafet Haxhaj, head of the General Department at the Court of Appeal, Gani Avdiu, head of the Civil Division at the Court of Appeal, Arsim Hamzaj, judge at the Court of Appeal

The purpose of this workshop is the unification of judicial practice in civil and administrative cases, where the focus of the workshop is on identifying and solving current problems in terms of judicial practice.

The methodology of the workshop is interactive discussion, presentation of issues through cases, discussion of cases and summary of conclusions on the discussed issue.

Beneficiaries of this workshop are: Judges of the Court of Appeal.
