Referral of cases to the mediation procedure - practical cases, Procedure for approval or cancellation of mediation agreements, Compulsory mediation

On November 27, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with Commercial Justice/USAID, within the Continuous Training Program, are conducting the training on the topic Referral of cases to the mediation procedure - practical cases, Procedure for approval or cancellation of mediation agreements, Compulsory mediation - (Ferizaj - Gjilan Region)".

The trainer engaged in this training is: Mr. Faton Ademi, judge at the Appeals Court.

The purpose of this training is to provide detailed explanations about the mediation procedure from the moment of referring the case to mediation, the procedure for approval or cancellation of mediation agreements, as well as clarifications regarding compulsory mediation.

The training methodology is of a combined nature with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, also presenting practical cases. Beneficiaries are judges and prosecutors from the Basic instance as well as mediators.
