The Kosovo Justice Academy, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice and the U.S. Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), supported and funded by the U.S. Embassy's Office of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), jointly are undertaking efforts to enhance the quality of mediation services in Kosovo. The FMCS is an independent U.S. government agency, comprised of over 135 full-time mediators, that acts on behalf of the U.S. government to resolve a variety of conflicts, including, labor, employment, public policy, and other types of disputes, and build the capacity of international partners.
