The Academy of Justice, within the framework of its annual training program, will conduct one (1) Training of Trainers for judges and prosecutors.

The purpose of this program is to strengthen the professional and methodological capacities of participants in planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality adult training, in line with the standards and methodology of the Academy of Justice.

General objectives of the training are:

         ·         Apply the principles of adult education and the Academy of Justice’s training methodology;

         ·         Use interactive, practical, and inclusive methods and techniques to facilitate the learning process;

         ·         Manage communication, discussions, teamwork, and participant dynamics effectively during training;

         ·         Implement simulation, presentation, and assessment techniques to evaluate and enhance participant performance in accordance with Academy standards.

DURATION OF TRAINING

The Training of Trainers will last two (2) days and will be held in September 2026.

APPLICATION CRITERIA

    o   Be a judge or state prosecutor;

    o   Have at least four (4) years of experience as a judge or prosecutor;

    o   Prior training experience (if any) is an advantage.
