Application of the most favorable Law, Causes of Exclusion of Illegality, Special Part of Criminal Law and Criminal Offenses against Sexual Integrity

On September 23, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ, within the Continuous Training Program, are carrying out the training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field on the topic "Application of the most favorable Law, Causes of Exclusion of Illegality, Special Part of Criminal Law and Criminal Offenses against Sexual Integrity " Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Afrim Shala, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Mr. Shkelzen Ibrahimi, prosecutor at the Appellate Prosecutor's Office.

The purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge regarding important topics from the criminal law area, with special emphasis on the Application of the most favorable Law, Causes of Exclusion of Illegality, the Special Part of Criminal Law and Criminal Offenses against Sexual integrity.

The applied methodology was of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions. Beneficiaries of this training are: Professional associates and legal officers from the Courts and Prosecutor's Offices from all the Regions of Kosovo, as well as an official from the office of the Free Legal Aid Agency.
