Application of the Most Favorable Law, Grounds for exclusion of unlawfulness; Special Part of Criminal Law, and Criminal Offenses against sexual integrity

On November 18, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with EULEX within the Continuous Training Program are carrying out the training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field on the topics: Implementation of the most favorable Law; the causes of exclusion of unlawfulness; Special Part of Criminal Law; and Criminal Offenses against Sexual Integrity.

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Afrim Shala, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Mr. Shkelzen Ibrahimi, prosecutor at the Appellate Prosecutor's Office.

Purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge regarding important topics from the criminal law field with special emphasis on the Application of the most favorable Law, Causes of Exclusion of unlawfulness, the Special Part of Criminal Law, and Criminal Offenses against sexual integrity.

The applied methodology is combination of theoretical presentations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are Professional associates and legal officers from Courts and Prosecutor's Offices from all regions of Kosovo.
