Application of the most favorable Law, Causes of Exclusion of Illegality, Special Part of Criminal Law and Criminal Offenses against Sexual Integrity

On November 11, 2024, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is carrying out the training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field on the topic "Application of the most favorable Law, Causes of Exclusion of Illegality, Special Part of Criminal Law and Criminal Offenses against Sexual Integrity".

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Afrim Shala, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Mr. Shkelzen Ibrahimi, prosecutor in the Appellate Prosecutor's Office.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding important topics from the field of criminal law with special emphasis on the Application of the most favorable Law, Causes of Exclusion of Illegality, the Special Part of Criminal Law and Criminal Offenses against Integrity Sexual.

The applied methodology was of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Professional associates and legal officers from Courts and Prosecution Offices from all Regions of Kosovo.
