Development of judicial skills

From October 31 to November 2, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is developing the training module: "Development of judicial skills", with trainer: Ms. Laura Pula, Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor, Mr. Agron Qalaj, Deputy Chief Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor and Mr. Sultan Dobraj, judge at the Basic Court in Gjakova.

This module in the first session will cover the following: direct questioning and discussion regarding the facts in favor and the facts against, indirect questioning and through exercises are being implemented. indirect questioning techniques.

The second day continued with opening remarks and a demonstration of questioning and re-examination skills for each judge.

While on the third day it continues with the final speech, the difference between the opening and closing speech, the presentation of the evidence in the judicial examination and continues with - the demonstration of re-examination through video criticism, and final comments from the trainers.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, where two of them are from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
