Arbitration in Investor-State Disputes (ISDS)

February 21 2024, Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ, within its Continuous Training Program is conducting a training on Arbitration in Investor-State Disputes (ISDS).

Trainer engaged for this activity is Mrs. Kujtesa Nezaj-Shahini, attorney at law.

Training methodology is a case simulation aiming to engage all the participants in the arbitration procedure, where the participants will present a case on which they prepare arguments for the claimant or the sued state.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges and state attorneys.
