
Module: Crime Scene and Forensics
During June 23-July 1 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the eleventh generation, conducted three theoretical training sessions carried out in nonconsecutive days from the module on Crime Scene and Forensics under the curriculum scope on the Criminal Procedure Code.
This module was delivered by the trainer Mr. Atdhe Dema, Prosecutor at the Special Prosecution Office.
The trainings covered the following aspects: the crime scene - its meaning and the first steps to be undertaken; securing the crime scene and stages of conducting the examination; forensics; and a trial simulation.
The training methodology used an interactive discussions method based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed prosecutors 2025/2026.
