Roundtable on Environmental Justice

On November 10-11, 2023, the Academy of Law, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program in cooperation with UNDP, are conducting the Roundtable on Environmental Justice.

Trainers engaged in this table are: Mr. Afrim Shala, Judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo, Mr. Burim Ademi, Judge at the Prishtina Court of Appeal and Mr. Ersan Qavolli, Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Peja.

The purpose of this table is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the sharing of practical experiences and the comparison between judges and prosecutors in criminal investigations and trials intertwined with the environment.

The roundtable is conducting interactive discussion, presentation of issues through cases, discussion of cases and summary of conclusions on the discussed issue.

Beneficiaries of this table are: Judges from the Supreme Court, Judges and Prosecutors from the Basic level as well as professional associates.
