Module: Procedure according to legal remedies

During July 2-4 2025, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the thirteenth generation, conducted three sessions of the theoretical training from the Module on the procedure according to legal remedies, under the curriculum scope on the Criminal Procedure Code.

This module is carried out by the trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This module covered the following: Regular legal remedies, complaint grounds for the exercise of complaints and the extraordinary legal remedies.

The training methodology used interactive discussions method based on practical cases, also facilitating a trial simulation that has held in the Supreme Court premises.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed judges including one member from the Serbian Community, 2025/2026.
